In the third quarter of 2024, the real-time strategy genre saw varied performances across the top five apps in Egypt, as tracked by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at how these apps fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Mob Control from Voodoo experienced fluctuating weekly revenue, starting strong in July with around $195 and ending the quarter with approximately $164. Weekly downloads showed a significant spike mid-September, reaching close to 50K, while weekly active users started at over 72K in early July, dipping to roughly 52K by the end of September.

Stick War: Legacy by Max Games Studios maintained a relatively stable presence. The app's revenue peaked at about $65 in the last week of September. Downloads hovered around 15K weekly but saw a decline towards the end of the quarter. Active users remained fairly consistent, starting at approximately 63K and ending at about 53K.

Hero Wars 2 Fighter Of Stick from Naomic Games did not generate revenue during this period. Downloads saw a substantial decrease from over 8K at the start of July to just above 1K by September's end. Despite the drop in downloads, active users showed a gradual increase, peaking in early August at nearly 15K before settling around 12K by the end of the quarter.

Tower War - Tactical Conquest by SayGames Ltd had an impressive end-of-quarter revenue surge, reaching approximately $396 in late September. Downloads increased steadily from around 1.5K in early July to over 6K in mid-September before declining. Active users also grew significantly, from roughly 7.7K in early July to 16K in mid-September, followed by a slight decrease.

Lastly, Epic War by K3GAMES, while not generating revenue, saw a notable increase in downloads, peaking at over 25K in late September.
